Details

This is a manual, folding macro bellows.

The bellows has a 105mm long paper folding bellows which results in your lens being 125mm lens further away from the image plane, resulting in impressive magnifications. The bellows has steel bottom guide rails with a threaded adjustment knob mechanism with an extension locking function. You will manually need to focus (by adjusting the distance from the subject). Automatic lenses - lenses without an aperture adjustment rings - cannot feed settings back to the camera and will work on their largest aperture, resulting in a short depth of field. The bellows is available for Nikon and Canon Mounts.

Note: The bellows does not include a lens - the lens is included in the product image for illustrative purposes.

Here is a visual comparison of the relative performance of various macro / close-up products...

18-200mm macro zoom lens

+3 Dioptre Close-up filter on a 18-200mm macro zoom lens

Macro extension tubes on 18-200mm macro zoom lens
