Return and Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your product, please get hold of us and we'll do our best to make you happy, be it a product exchange or a refund. Your 100% satisfaction is our priority.


 All products are sold with a 60 day (unless stated otherwise) no-question-asked money back guarantee (though we probably will ask a question or two so that we can improve our service and products).
 Refunds will cover the cost of the products, but will exclude the initial shipping charges from CameraStuff to client and the return shipping back to CameraStuff.
 Refunds will done using the same payment method, where at all possible.
 When sending products back to us, please pack the goods securely and use an insured shipping method that can be tracked. 
 We will only process your refund on receipt of the goods.
