• All products are sold with a 60-Day (unless stated otherwise) money-back guarantee (though we probably will ask a question or two so that we can improve our service and products). |
• Refunds will cover the cost of the products but will exclude the initial shipping charges from CameraStuff to the client and the return shipping back to CameraStuff. |
• Refunds will be done using the same payment method, where at all possible. |
• When sending products back to us, please pack the goods securely and use an insured shipping method that can be tracked. |
• We will only process your refund on receipt of the goods. |
