Hey there, we want you to know that we care about you and your satisfaction! If you're not happy with your purchase, don't fret - just give us a holler and we'll do everything we can to make it right, whether that means swapping out your product or giving you a refund.

We mean it when we say that your 100% satisfaction is our top priority - we're not happy unless you're happy!

Our products come with a 60-day money-back guarantee (unless we specify otherwise), so you've got plenty of time to decide if it's the right fit for you. And if you do decide to return it, just give us a shout and we'll help you with the process.

Now, when it comes to refunds, we've got your back - we'll refund you the cost of the product itself (yay!), but unfortunately we can't cover the initial shipping charges or the return shipping to us. We'll try to refund using the same payment method you used, if we can swing it.

Just a heads up - if you're sending a product back to us, please pack it up nice and tight and use a shipping method that's insured and trackable, so we can make sure it gets back to us safe and sound. And remember, we'll process your refund as soon as we get our hands on the goods.

Terms and conditions:

  • If not 100% satisfied, return the product within 60 days in undamaged original packaging and saleable condition.
  • Full exchange or refund (excluding delivery charges) will be provided.
  • Goods with missing/incomplete/damaged packaging will incur a 35% fee.
  • Return the product to the point of purchase.
  • Returns and exchanges processed upon receipt of the product.

 

 

Returning of products process (CameraStuff's fault)

  1. Camerastuff will pay for shipping back and forth. The client can bring it into the shop directly.
  2. The Client will need to send photos of proof of damage or missing parts.
  3. The parcel will be collected from the client first to be assessed before a replacement is sent or a refund is processed.
  4. The Client must ensure the parcel is packaged securely. Any damages by the courier due to not securely packaging the product will be at the client's cost.
  5. Camerastuff will send out a new product only once the returned product has been assessed
  6. Refund (if applicable) must be done in the same way the client paid, if paid via EFT we require the client EFT details.
  7. If we have no stock the client can wait or we can offer a refund on the product
  8. Please note: Goods returned missing, incomplete or damaged packaging will attract a 35% administration fee.

  1. The client needs to ship the product back to us using Postnet or Courier, or bring the product into the shop directly.
  2. We can arrange the courier at the client's cost. 
  3. The parcel will be collected from the client first to be assessed before a replacement is sent or a refund is processed.
  4. The Client must ensure the parcel is packaged securely. Any damages by the courier due to not securely packaging the product will be at the client's cost.
  5. Camerastuff will send out a new product only once the returned product has been assessed
  6. Please note, no "Free Shipping" applies to exchanged packages.
  7. Camerastuff will credit the relative product but not the shipping
  8. Refund (if applicable) must be done in the same way the client paid, if paid via EFT we require the client's EFT details.
  9. If we have no stock the client can wait or we can offer a refund on the product.
